CANCELLATION POLICY


We understand that something may come up that may prevent you from attending the appointment and we understand that your time is valuable, as the same is ours. We require 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. A standard 50% of your booking cost will be incurred as a cancellation fee for non-attendance or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment). For Exclusive Treatments a standard fee of $80 will be charged.


MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS


By entering a payment plan and membership with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The La Dar Prive Membership Programs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled within the agreed upon term.

This membership contract is for a minimum term of six or twelve months; during which payments will be debited in a frequency of weekly or fortnightly.

Failure to make payments may result in the remainder of your contract value being referred to debt collection, you must notify us as soon as possible regarding a change in circumstances or in the case of financial hardship.

If there are any overdue amounts on your account, you cannot continue your treatments with us until this is paid.

By entering the La Dar Prive Membership Program, you acknowledge the risks associated with facial treatments, and therefore I indemnify, hold harmless, and will not sue La Dar Skin and Wellness for any physical or emotional harm, injury, and cosmetic defect arising from these treatments.

As a member you will not be required to place a booking deposit; however no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the scheduled treatment and this may be deducted from your account. Alternatively, you may be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment to allow for photos to be taken. The before and after photos are compulsory and required to be taken by your therapist at the beginning and end of your membership.

If you arrive late to your appointment this will be deducted from your treatment time and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited and deducted from your account.

It is understood that the amount payable on your membership will only cover the agreed upon treatments. If you wish to have extra treatments outside of those prescribed, they must be paid for. All treatments will be pre-booked. All treatments must be used within the term of the membership, if you finish your treatments before the conclusion of your membership term you must continue to make payments on your account.
