Appointments & Cancellations Policy


At La Dar Skin and Wellness, we respect your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and the smooth running of our clinic, we have firm policies around booking fees, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and late arrivals.

Booking Policy


  • To secure your appointment, a $50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your appointment.
  • By scheduling an appointment at La Dar Skin and Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Rescheduling Policy


  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you reschedule within the required timeframe, your $50 booking fee will transfer to your new appointment.
  • If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited and the Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy


  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.
  • If you cancel within the required notice, your booking fee will remain on file and may be applied toward a future booking.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited and the Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee will apply.

No-Show Policy


  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited and the Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee will apply.
  • Clients who no-show will also be required to pre-pay in full for any future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy


  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited and the Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee will apply.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee

We reserve valuable appointment time exclusively for you. If you cancel without sufficient notice or fail to attend, we are unable to offer this time to other clients.
  • If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, a Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee of $100 will apply in addition to forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.
  • This fee reflects a portion of our operational costs and the lost opportunity to rebook the appointment time.
  • This fee does not include any charge for products or treatment materials, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

How to Avoid Fees

We understand unexpected things can happen. To avoid forfeiting your booking fee or incurring fees:
  • Provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via phone, SMS, email, or online booking portal.
  • If you are unable to attend, consider sending a friend or family member in your place.
  • If we are able to rebook your appointment spot, we may, at our discretion, waive or reduce the Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee.
Our Appointments and Cancellations Policy is available on our website and referred to in our online bookings and appointment reminder correspondence. You are deemed to have accepted all terms and policies upon making an appointment or purchase at La Dar Skin and Wellness. As such, client unawareness of this policy is not sufficient reason for management to not enforce it.
